Candy and Joyce Lam started Parch Tea, a type of cooling tea that helps to balance the body after indulging in fried, salty, and greasy food. The Chinese-Canadian sisters wanted to encourage cultural diversity through delicious herbal teas that they had growing up. Having only started in 2020, Parch tea became a runner up for Made in Alberta non-alcoholic drink and is now available in various location in Calgary and Edmonton.
